An easy first step into SUP.
SUP is a great way to stay in shape even without waves, it can be used for a relaxing cruise, it also doubles up as a Core Fitness exercise using your core stomach muscles, it is superb for fitness as you use every part of your body. Learn board handling skills on flat water , different paddling techniques, correct stance, basic and fast turning, maybe venture into surf depending on ability and conditions.
All equipment supplied (including wet suit, boots and buoyancy aid). An ability to swim 50m is essential. Advanced booking required.
SUP does require a basic fitness level.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
